I work with children, teenagers, couples and families in a trauma-informed care approach that emphasizes working collaboratively with my clients to help them build relationships and positive self-worth as they seek to attain their life goals.
I am experienced working with depression and anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, attachment disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other mental health issues. I utilize art and play therapy techniques in my practice, as well as cognitive behavioral techniques and other modalities that the client and I determine will be most helpful.
