I offer Somatically Informed Internal Family Systems Therapy, and group facilitator. I hold a Level 2 training through the IFS Institute. I support people in exploring the potential for softening and finding more harmony in their life that allows for a more integrated, and present involvement in life. You might work with me if you feel stuck in your process and want a more integrated self empowering approach. I support people to feel in alignment with their purpose and experience life from a more self-trusting authentic place. I believe our pains and life experiences can be catalysts for growth, and awakened perspectives.
Working with individuals and groups as a Somatic Internal Family Systems Therapist; I take an integrative and relational approach to counseling, incorporating Parts Work (through Gestalt and Internal Family Systems), Trauma-Informed Care, Present-Centered Awareness, Attachment-Based Therapy, Body-Centered Awareness, and Mindfulness Practice.
Sessions take place in a way that best fits your unique needs and preferences. Since trauma is often stored in the body, I take an approach that involves both body-awareness and one’s mental-emotional experience of the trauma. I also focus on proper pacing and resourcing to support you in feeling safe and regulated during sessions.
