I pride myself on providing the therapy I would want to receive. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and calming environment where you can learn about yourself, your experiences, and thrive. There may be times we laugh, you have an emotional breakthrough, and/or I have to hold you accountable during a session. Essentially, I seek to meet you where you are, and we work collaboratively to make change. Small bricks build houses! With every session, we get closer to that goal by building a solid foundation.
I have worked in various disciplines of mental health such as severe and persistent mental illness. In addition to this, I am trained in Pregnancy and Postpartum support for both men/women through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
Therapy is not one size fits all. I implement modalities based on your needs. I always seek to include my clients in the process. Working on yourself is not easy, but you have made it this far. Therapy is like trying on shoes, you may have to try 1-4 pairs before you find the right fit. I hope to support you through your journey to wellness.
