"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom."--Aristotle. I believe that becoming self-aware and self-accepting is the path to positive change and fulfillment. If you are feeling stuck, scared, or depressed in any area of your life, if you find yourself repeating toxic patterns in your relationships, or are being taken advantage of at work, I will teach you effective short-term coping skills, while we simultaneously develop the insight needed to make the long-lasting changes that will make you happier and healthier. I also offer expertise in EAP issues and practice clinical supervision. PLEASE EMAIL TO MAKE INTIAL CONTACT!
Genuine and compassionate, I tailor my approach to each individual client. My style is energetic, warm and interactive, as I believe a positive and collaborative therapeutic relationship is the foundation of successful work.
My undergraduate degree is from Northwestern University and my Psy.D. is from George Washington University. I was the Clinical Supervisor at the Johns Hopkins EAP for 6 years before focusing on private practice. Previously, I was a strategic planner and focus group moderator for a top national advertising agency.
