Welcome! I am accepting new clients and am opening availabilities on Saturday mornings and evening hours. I desire to create a safe space where you can come as you are without feeling judged, explore your true self, and shine a light on areas where you feel burdened. As a counseling intern and a follower of Christ, I am passionate about helping you gain freedom from lies and beliefs that weigh you down so that you can become the person you were created to be to live a full life. I enjoy working with teens, kids, and adults.
I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy approach to counseling. CBT aims to target negative thinking patterns affecting beliefs and behaviors. Additionally, our stories are an integral part of who we are. Sharing stories lifts the burdens of past traumas and provides a fresh perspective bringing healing and redemption.
As relational beings, the therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy techniques we can work foster resilience and work towards wellness and healing so you can utilize your unique gifts and move forward to a full life.
