I work with a variety of diagnoses, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety. I can help with stress, insomnia, and anger management.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Emotional Freedom Techniques. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I hold certifications in School Counseling and Weight Loss From a Mental Health Perspective.
