Life often leaves us feeling stressed and isolated. Seeking therapy can be an important step in moving toward relational health and wholeness. With experience in addressing issues relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting and marriages, I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive environment for individuals, couples or families to find help. I welcome the integration of issues of faith in the therapeutic process. I seek to understand where you are coming from and to partner with you as you identify positive steps in your journey towards healing.
For parents of preschool aged children I offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). This evidence-based treatment seeks to provide practical tools for reducing problem behaviors while also strengthening the relationship between a parent and child.
