I am looking to work with people who can partner in their treatment and who are invested in living their best life. At times, people may experience that their feelings and emotions are overwhelming. I believe that in partnering with an ally, there are no feelings, emotions, situations that are bigger than both of us together. I want to provide a perspective that emotional pain and suffering can be lessened.

I am a Level 2 Therapist in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (aedp). I provide a safe space for people to feel heard, respected, validated. In the spirit of aedp, I work to undo aloneness, and focus on issues that promote transformational core affect healing. I approach people and situations with compassion, calm, and balance.

I want to provide a space for you to feel cared for and validated. It is important to me that you feel safe and have a place that you can share what needs to be said. Let's work together to undo negative connections with shame and guilt. Let's work together to help you heal from trauma. I believe we can live a life where we are not afraid of our emotions.
