My ideal client is you. We currently are living in a period of time that has caused a lot of stress, fear and frustration, to just name a few of the complicated emotions. More than ever now we are talking about our mental health and the ways we are struggling to adjust to this ever changing environment. I have been blessed to have worked with so many different individuals from various ages and backgrounds. My goal is to change your perspective on therapy and provide you with a positive and helpful experience.
There are a number of ways I can help. I specialize in mental health, behavioral health, LGBTQIA+, substance use, couples, families and all age individuals. My degree is in Social Work and a great thing about Social Workers is that we will provide you with resources and support. If it is something we don't know, we will take the time to learn it.
I know how hard it is to walk through that door. It's never fun to have to work through things that don't make you feel comfortable. If you have never been to therapy I hope to provide you with your first positive therapy experience. If you have had a bad experience in the past, I would love to be the one to change that perspective. I am here for you.
