I utilize primarily cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and existential approaches, but will work to align my therapeutic approach with your specific needs and values. Since the therapeutic relationship is the strongest predictor of success in therapy, I will provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space for you to explore and grow.
As a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, I hope to be a companion through your journey towards redefining your life in the context of grief and trauma. Using evidence-based treatment methods, we will work to challenge distressing thoughts, build healthy behaviors, and develop meaning and purpose in your life in response to your individual concerns.
