Finding the right therapist to support your unique needs is essential to moving forward in the therapeutic process. My mission is to design and facilitate a sincere therapeutic experience that supports deep healing and long-term growth. I am invested in my craft, and in offering a space where children, teens, young adults and parents can be themselves - unapologetically, and without pretense - to explore and express the wide range of their experiences while learning to strengthen self-awareness, manage intense emotions, gain greater self-control and uncover or rediscover the abundance of their true nature.
Using a personalized approach with every client, I am optimally suited to provide therapeutic experiences related to childhood adversity, developmental trauma, parent/child relationship problems, life transitions, anxiety, depression and grief and loss. In addition to talk therapy I offer parent consultations, play therapy and sand-tray work.
