I am a certified DBT therapist who utilizes the different skills and techniques to help manage difficult emotions. Mindfulness is an essential part of our everyday lives and allows us to live in the moment. On top of DBT, I like to utilize CBT, positive psychology and strength based psychology. Hopefully, these tools will allow you to succeed.
I get it, even professionals struggle with anxiety, depression and/ or a multitude of other mental health issues. I, myself, struggle with anxiety.
