I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in individually-tailored evidence-based treatment. I have formal training in CBT and DBT, as well as specialized training in ACT. I have completed specialized training through PSI to treat perinatal mood disorders. I provide support for those struggling with infertility, pregnancy loss, and difficulties related to pregnancy and postpartum. I assist with developing a postpartum plan during pregnancy to reduce factors that contribute to postpartum anxiety, depression, and OCD.

I have experience treating a wide-range of disorders, including: OCD and related disorders, panic attacks and agoraphobia, specific phobias, health-related anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. In addition, I utilize DBT for patients who struggle with emotion regulation and relationships.

I provide Affirmative Therapy for those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and am committed to providing culturally competent care. My education and training included an emphasis in multicultural and community psychology and I have also taught a diversity course at the doctorate level.

We are often burdened by the past, and can become triggered when the past clashes with the difficulties of motherhood. Learn the tools to cope more effectively and help you thrive in motherhood. The group will cover coping skills and stress management tools, how to focus on the present and let go of judgment, how to I dentify and modify unhelpful ways of thinking, strategies to increase self-compassion and break the cycle of guilt and shame.
