DBT Teens Skills Group
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an effective, empirically supported, cognitive therapy intervention for teens to help teach skills to cope with sudden and intense emotions and behaviors. Teens ages 13-18 will learn to manage emotions, behaviors, outburst, and find new ways to cope! This is a hybrid program for teens across Florida, join in person or by zoom. Each teen must have a pre-assessment by Dr. Conner prior to being admitted to the group.
