Finding a therapist can be challenging, and I consider it an honor to sit with people as they share themselves and their lives. My specialty is working with people experiencing infertility and other perinatal and postnatal issues. The process of becoming pregnant, having a baby, and adjusting to parenthood is not always an easy one and often filled with difficulty and heartbreak. People can experience a roller coaster of emotions including sadness, anger, shame, anxiety, etc. My hope is to help people gain understanding and peace no matter where they are in their reproductive story.
Understanding our relationships, emotions, and how we view ourselves is important in finding contentment and satisfaction. I strive to help clients better understand and connect with themselves, their emotions, and relationships to promote growth and change.
