As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Brainspotting, I can help you heal and find freedom from intrusive memories, thoughts, and negative feelings for good. As your therapist my goal is to provide a confidential, safe, and trusting relationship in which you feel completely comfortable to share whatever is going on in your life. I will listen with compassion and provide understanding and support without judgment.
I approach therapy from a person centered perspective while integrating researched based approaches such as, Accelerate Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, REBT, positive psychology, and emotionally focused therapy. With therapy, one size does not fit all. As your therapist I will tailor your treatment to fit your specific needs as my client.
