Having dedicated years to the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals and families towards achieving improved mental and emotional well-being. My approach is rooted in EMDR and I work with individuals struggling with PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. By utilizing evidence-based techniques including EMDR, CBT and Mindfulness, I provide clients with the tools to recognize symptoms and identify the impact of negative thought patterns.
Through building trusting and safe relationships, I empower clients to recognize their strengths and abilities. Reduced rates are available for students.
