As such, prior to my work in psychotherapy, my career spanned across London, England. This enables me to incorporate my own professional experiences into my therapeutic work, specifically with working professionals who suffer from anxiety, burn-out and stress. I also have a cross-cultural lens that I can bring into therapy.
