I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as relationship and family conflicts. I utilize an eclectic approach in order to meet my clients where they are. Working with clients, I practice a strength-based approach in which helping clients with wellness, self-growth, and exploration is first and foremost.
I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the cornerstone for effective therapy. Safety and trust are the most important aspects of having a meaningful experience in therapy. My top priority is to create a safe and welcoming, non-judgmental space to help clients make lasting changes in their lives.
