My professional experience and training include adults and older adults experiencing: burnout, depression, grief & loss, life transitions, stress, and trauma. I utilize a variety of interventions, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and CPT. I am also a Certified Grief Informed Professional.
My clients describe me as a calm and empathetic therapist who creates a non-judgmental and safe environment. I recognize every person’s experiences and needs are unique. When we meet for the first time, we talk about what you’re struggling with, and how we can work together to develop a plan to get you to where you want to be.
