Being a young adult in this world can be tricky! I specialize in working with young adults and teens experiencing all sorts of life transitions and challenges including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, self esteem, personal identity, and self image. I come to my clients with a strengths perspective, ready to meet them wherever they are in their journey of life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a well rounded background working in clinical schools, inpatient, and outpatient programs. I value using a trauma informed approach in working with my clients and am formally trained in ARC and TFCBT. At this time I am seeing clients both in person and virtually.
