I work with individuals (ages 13 and up) and couples. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples in all stages of their infertility journey. This is an overwhelming time that can often feel isolating, so I hope to provide support, compassion, and a space to feel recognized and heard. I also specialize in anger management and work with individuals who struggle with managing these challenging emotions.
I enjoy working with individuals and couples to rediscover their strengths, work through challenging symptoms, emotions, and life transitions. In doing so, I often utilize models that are emotionally focused, systemically driven, structured and focus on attainable goals.
Taking the initial step to reach out takes a lot of bravery and courage and I look forward to joining you in this phase of your life as you become the best person you can be!
