Our psychotherapy process, whether individually, with your partner, or in a group, will be a journey of connection, safety and deepening understanding. We will use our relationship to increase your experience of authentic, intimate encounters. Your growing consciousness of self and others, will help you break through the binding of your past and free you to live fully in the present.

Working with couples and groups in my practice is a privilege and great joy. I have significant experience shepherding families and couples through addiction and recovery. I am also impassioned by my work with those facing mental health issues, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues and questions of identity and existence.

I utilize psychodynamic, interpersonal, attachment-centered, experiential and existential approaches. The EFT model strongly guides my work with couples and families. With my training as a Certified Lucid Body Teacher, I have the opportunity to integrate a holistic approach involving the wisdom of the physical body, when it serves the therapy.

Participants best fitted for this group are those with a desire to deepen their understanding of self by exploring areas of struggle in a safe, here-and-now environment. Pre-group consultation sessions scheduled with me to determine a good fit and develop our goals for group. Group sessions $100.

This all-gender, ongoing interpersonal psychotherapy process group offers a safe, therapeutic environment where members can encounter one another authentically. Members will experiment with and discover new ways of being in intimate relationship to themselves and others. Benefits of participation include: improved communication and social skills, reduced feelings of shame and isolation, a greater sense of belonging and acceptance, increased self-confidence and a deeper understanding of oneself and others.
