I have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist for 20 years, working with a wide range of clients and issues, including grief, anxiety and trauma. I believe when a client feels safe and has guidance they can work through pain and difficulty feelings and begin to heal.
I specialize in working with adults as well as couples, using an approach that draws from cognitive and mindfulness therapy. I am certified in CBITS and TF-CBT, which focus on trauma. I also have experience working with adults that have lost children to cancer.
