Embrace ADHD is an 8-week virtual discussion/ support group for men hoping to understand ADHD, appreciate the benefits, learn strategies to help with challenges, and share support with others. A safe space, the group will meet virtually once per week for 90 minutes. Participants will gain knowledge and support in areas of executive function, social and life skills, social skills, organization, distractibility, impulsivity, and time management. Everyone is uniquely wired with talents and strengths. Join us to learn how to better see the world through the eyes of those with ADHD and find support with others in the group.

Thrive with ADHD, is an eight-week ongoing virtual discussion and support group for women hoping to understand their ADHD brain, appreciate the benefits, learn strategies to help with challenges, and share support with others.
