Looking for relief from stress, sorrow, or pain? I am a certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trained in Gottman Method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I like using research-based modalities to provide quality care. I also have training in sand tray and expressive arts therapy. I have experience in working with complex trauma, grief/loss, couples counseling, depression, anxiety, anger management, attachment, disruptive behavior, ADHD, autistic spectrum, substance use, and bipolar disorders.
I provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling. I love working with people to help people move their trauma into post-trauma growth and helping them find relief from pain that they've experienced. I also love working with couples and helping them find ways to build their relationship and communication skills.
