I have experience that spans infancy through geriatrics which has shaped my understanding that it is never too early nor too late to seek therapeutic self-care. As a wife and mother, I value the family dynamic and the need for facilitating opportunities to grow healthy family relationships. My focus in therapy surrounds trauma and attachment. I am also trained in EMDR. I am able to integrate a Christian approach for those desiring a faith-based therapy.
