Welcome to my profile - I value helping clients work through current concerns, as well as past issues that can impact daily life. I appreciate having the opportunity to help clients work toward and maintain positive changes in a safe, trusting environment where clients can discuss concerns at their pace. A blend of clinical and educational experiences at UNC Chapel Hill (BA, Psychology) and UNC Greensboro (MS, Counseling; PhD, Sport & Exercise Psychology) has helped equip me to work with a wide range of clients.
In addition to my broader counseling focus, I work with athletes in individual sessions to address sport performance concerns and life issues.
