I specialize in working with anxiety / depression, relationship issues, and stressful work environments. I also work with any underlying trauma that are effecting you. I help you learn how to process difficult feelings and create new coping strategies so that your desired changes come true! I offer a variety of techniques and ideas to implement in your life.

I understand how awareness is not enough to change ourselves. I am passionate about helping folks understand their anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
