I specialize in treating adults who are struggling with symptoms related to untreated trauma and may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also have clinical expertise in treating those who may be experiencing or recovering from narcissistic abuse. I utilize a blending of spirituality and psychology as well as cognitive behavioral therapy as treatment modalities.
Issues addressed in therapy may be related to grief, relationship discord, work related stressors, health problems, disordered eating, divorce, and life transitions.
It is my wish that all clients I work with live a well balanced, fulfilled life. I like to include all areas of a client's life in developing treatment goals.
