I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing roadblocks on their path to a more fulfilled life. Barriers to wellness are not limited to the mental realm and may include physical issues, sexual issues, relationship issues and spiritual issues. These issues interrelate and thus must all be addressed holistically. The symptom is not the cause and is often key in figuring out where the problem resides. I believe in the power of the to heal ourselves. I see my role as helping identify solutions and offering tools for personal growth and healing. I seek to empower my clients as they heal, grow, and develop resilience.
My main approaches are Reality Therapy and Naturopathic Psychotherapy, a holistic form of psychotherapy evaluating the interrelatedness of the mental, physical and spiritual realms. In addition to being a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have a master's degree in Psychology and a doctorate in Naturopathy for Health Care Professionals.
For over 20 years, I've been providing a wide range of psychotherapy services to adults, teens and couples in a safe, warm and confidential environment. My practice is designed to support you on your journey of healing and growth. Additionally, I specialize in working with alternative lifestyle communities, including the polyamorous and BDSM communities.
