Untangling Relationships is a gender-specific group focused on co-dependency issues and the recognition of false self as well as real self to identify relationship goals. In this weekly three-hour group session we discuss the "why" we do what we do in relationships as well as how to change our own behavior and boundary setting in order to change the dynamics of the relationships as a whole.
