I received both my B.A. in Psychology & M.A. in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M. I’ve worked in various settings such as private practice, outpatient & residential.
I am EMDR certified, I employ various treatment modalities but lean towards interventions that work directly with your nervous system. I work with trauma, addiction, adjustment disorders, relationship issues including aspects of self and others as well conflict resolution.
