Unprecedented. That word has been thrown around for a while and it is losing all meaning. I do know that times are certainly difficult. Some things feel downright impossible. Maybe life has you anxious or depressed. Maybe time just feels all wibbly wobbly. I am surviving the strangeness, just like you, so let's work together on your goals (or figuring those out), and get you to feeling more empowered and more confident.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I strive to be open-minded, empathetic, and sometimes funny, using proven therapy methods to work on troubling thoughts, feelings, and situations together. If you are interested in video games, I even offer therapy services while playing Minecraft and other cozy games.
My average session cost is between $50-$70 without insurance. Reach out if you think you might qualify for a sliding scale. If you want to contact me, you can expect a response in 1-2 business days.
