Every client comes from a different background, with different experiences, needs, thoughts, and expectations. With this in mind, my goal is to listen, discuss, and try to understand my clients, where they are coming from, who they are, and why they need me. Together with my clients, we work to identify goals that the client feels are significant and important, and then develop plans on how to achieve these goals in reasonable, managable, and most importantly, healthy steps.
I specialize in Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and Trauma related therapy. I strongly believe that every client has their own unique experiences and needs, and therefor being adaptable, understanding, and supportive are key qualities that I bring to each and every session I have.
