Are you seeking a seasoned guide on your journey to wellness? Welcome. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience taking a facilitative and listening approach to therapy. I have faith in my clients' ability to steer their own course through personal challenges, and I view my role as an understanding companion throughout the process. Emphasizing a holistic balance, I advocate for self-care, health, and enjoyment as integral components of overall physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
I have wide-ranging expertise in trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, addiction, depression, anxiety and cultural identity issues. I've directed various substance abuse programs, including one at Standing Rock Reservation. I've set up drug abuse programs in Lithuania and Latvia, and have provided clinical support for FEMA First respondents.
Active outside work, I love reading, biking, and mountain trekking. Cherishing time with my grandkids is my joy. Looking forward to potentially collaborating on your therapy journey.
