I've been providing professional counseling services to adolescents and adults for over a decade (15 years old and up). Individual therapy is currently offered, and family if needed. I've always been able to connect with clients, and have built long term therapeutic relationships them. I conduct online therapy only. I am an "out of network" provider. I provide online counseling/therapy for Adolescents, and Adults (Individual only, no couples therapy) for issues including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Grief and Loss, Behavioral Disturbance, Screen Addiction, Emotional Disturbance, Substance Use.
I use CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy. I understand that it is not just your skill level, but your personality and how you come across to the client which builds a strong therapeutic relationship. I have a very easy going and accepting attitude. This has allowed me to build my practice and service my clients to the best of my ability.
