This model is coupled with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in which the participant engages in mindful changes to the thought process to invoke healthier and more realistic thought and feeling.
Background: Individual counseling, group counseling, aging and development, smoking cessation, severe and persistent mental health, and wellness and recovery with 11 years of social service in Bell County. Treatment approaches: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Choice Theory, and Six Dimensions of Wellness.
