I am a Central New York-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, co-occurring addiction and mental health conditions, post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic mental health conditions, and helping people make positive life changes. I am a graduate of Syracuse University and have over 30 years of experience in the field of behavioral health.
I am a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help you move toward what you are passionate about and build a life worth living.
