I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor & have been counseling individuals, families, & groups for 10 + years. I have counseled clients using CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, & Person Centered Therapy. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology & have an IL School Counseling Certification.
I have extensive experience working with children, youth, young adults, and families. My experience includes helping clients with issues of depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, grief/loss, school-based issues, and parenting.
