I enjoy working with diverse groups including active-duty military, veterans, men, women, non-binary, and LGBTQIA+.
I offer a variety of therapeutic interventions from CBT, REBT, DBT, Solution-focused, Gestalt and others. Therapy is not a one-size fits all method of caring for clients and each encounter is tailored to meet the individuals' needs.
