I have experience working with clients and families of any makeup and any age. I primarily work with adolescents and adults as well as parents. Mood disorders, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and trauma are a few of the presenting problems that I have experience helping people with.
I believe in therapy being about allowing clients to lead and learn to express themselves openly. I am trained in sand tray therapy and EMDR.
I have lived all over the world, thanks to my military family, and that experience has given me the opportunity to meet with people of all nationalities, religions, and creeds. I believe this helps me as a clinician to meet people where they are and help guide them to where they want to be.
