I specialize in cognitive-behavioral and exposure-response prevention therapy for Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and I have worked with the field’s recognized leaders in this treatment. I use a variety of traditional and evidence-based approaches to treatment. I will treat you with respect, dignity and support while we explore the range of treatment options that are available to you. I also specialize in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, using EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
CBT, CPT, EMDR, CRAFT, Psychodynamic approaches
Once treatment goals have been established, in home behavior therapy sessions for OCD and hoarding are available. I am now working with several insurance plans via the Alma service.
