There are times in our lives when nothing makes sense. There are moments when we struggle to manage what problems come our way, when we are depressed, anxious, or unsure about what to do. This is where talking to someone can be helpful, an outside mind to put our thoughts and emotions in perspective.
I specialize in being able to help put things in perspective through an integrative approach using Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, and other approaches. The idea is to understand what is at stake for the person struggling and how they can learn to find acceptance of their situation.
