Teen Empowerment
The online Teen Empowerment curriculum focuses on utilizing the principles of cognitive behavioral, solution focused, structural family and systemic theory. The revolving 8-week psychotherapy group curriculum is designed to be both psycho-educational and interactive. It is meant to be a general guide and can be adapted to suit specific group needs.
