Through therapy with me, you can expect a transformative and agenda-free space in which to explore, discover, grow and empower yourself. My approach to therapy is broad and inclusive. I have specific training in humanistic psychology, depth psychology, and relationship counseling. I often work with dreams, as well as draw from cognitive behavioral and somatic techniques. However, far more important than any particular modality or technique is what arises in the present moment interaction between you and me.
I meet you where you are and listen deeply to your narrative, needs and desires. We collaboratively craft an intention for our work together, including what modalities may be most appropriate and helpful. Throughout our work, I strive to hold a space based in acceptance and compassion that facilitates the unfolding of your unique process.
I have a special passion for relationship counseling. I am also an energy work practitioner and an astrologer. If desired, we can incorporate the perspectives of these disciplines into our work as well. Indeed, applying multiple lenses - from psychology, energy work, and astrology - to therapy can be incredibly transformative and healing.
