While I offer several modalities of therapy, such as person centered, strengths based, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the essence of the therapy is the sincere effort to understand and appreciate you.
