I am focused on clients who struggle with issues that interfere with their ability to live a fulfilling life, such as anxiety, depression, and emotional trauma. I have experience with working with first responders and military veterans. If you are experiencing a mental health challenge like addiction, depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, or phobia, you are not alone in your journey. Together we will ensure you have the tools to better manage these obstacles.
I have experience working with addictions, grief, and traumatic stress. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, which puts the client in the driver's seat of their lives by analyzing their choices and perceptions of control, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy mindfulness techniques. I am also trained to Gottman Level 2.
I have experience in the field of emergency response and understand the stress and emotional challenges that come from working in that unique field. That said, often the biggest roadblock to help is the fear of being judged. If there is one place you can feel safe to explore what is impacting your life, it is in our sessions together.
