I come from a multi-cultural and diverse background which assist me while working with individuals from different cultures, sexual orientations, and religions. I prefer Patient-Centered and Solution-Focused modalities integrated with Cognitive-Behavioral techniques. My goal is to facilitate the skills needed for the client to seek resolution and understanding in their struggles.
I have experience working with individuals who exhibit behaviors that include Adult ADHD, Anger Management, Depression, Anxiety, Poor Impulse Control, Low Self-Esteem, and related behavioral problems. I have over a decade of experience working with males on their trauma-informed care approach while assisting with evidence-based behavioral interventions.
