I provide integrative, holistic psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Whether it's depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, or any of life's difficult transitions, I meet my clients where they are and work collaboratively to help them find healing, transformation, and wellbeing.
I utilize a variety of somatic (body) oriented approaches, including Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, and others in service of connecting and healing both body and mind. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, and use them for processing and healing trauma as well as shifting any negative core beliefs.
